Register for an @mk.ismk.org email address

Eligible MKs include:MKs whose parents are either career track MAs or appointed missionaries with AGWM are eligible for an ISMK email address.

You will recieve an email on how to login and another email when your account has been verified and activated. Disclaimer: MK email addresses are not sensitive and emails sent through MK email will not be sensitized.

FAQ

How do I configure Outlook?
Outlook setup instructions can be found here. You will use the pop3 and smtp servers mail.mk.ismk.org.

 I can recieve emails but I cannot send any. What should I do?
If you are unable to send emails in Outlook or another mail program, this means the port 25 used for sending email is blocked by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

  1. Try to use port 587 in the account setup under advanced.
  2. If that does not work, you will need to contact your ISP and use their smtp servers. They might look like this : mail.myisp.com
  3. If this does not solve your issue, you will need to use the webmail to send and recieve all of your emails.

What if I can't login? 

  1. Make sure you are using your full email address to login. For example, if your name is Johnny Mkay, your login would be johhny.mkay@mk.ismk.org
  2. If you are using your correct email address and still cannot login, you may be using the incorrect password. Please refer to your registration confirmation you received from the MK Office when your email address was setup. This would have been sent to the email address you used to register for your account (either an old email or your parents’ email). 
  3. If you are still unable to login, contact us and we will send it to your alternate email address.

My inbox is full. How do I delete/purge emails?

  1. Login to your webmail account @ http://webmail.mk.ismk.org/
  2. Select the emails you would like to delete.
  3. Click the delete link in the left hand side of your inbox.
  4. Once you select this option, your emails still remain in your inbox, but are grayed out with a purple line through them.
  5. To completely remove them from the server, you must select the 'purge deleted' link on the right hand side of your inbox. This will remove the deleted emails from your inbox. Carefull, you cannot recover these emails once they are deleted.
